Velvet Fabric Spandex Velour

Fabulous stretch velvet fabric.  Our velvet velour fabric has excellent stretch from the width and the length.  It does have more stretch from the width than the length.  It has a beautiful soft feel and of a very high quality.

Excellent material for dress, leotards, dance wear, costume making.
