INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Fold a piece of rug wool in half to form a loop
  • Working on right side, put latch hook through canvas and out through the hole above
  • Catch loop of wool with the open hook of tool and pull through both holes. the latch hook will automatically close as you do this.
  • Push forward until tool opens and wool loop is above the open latch
  • Catch remaining two strands of wool with the open hook and pull back through loop to secure the wool
