INSTRUCTIONS:

Fold a piece of rug wool in half to form a loop
Working on right side, put latch hook through canvas and out through the hole above
Catch loop of wool with the open hook of tool and pull through both holes. the latch hook will automatically close as you do this.
Push forward until tool opens and wool loop is above the open latch
Catch remaining two strands of wool with the open hook and pull back through loop to secure the wool
