This foam fabric has excellent flame retardant qualities and works well in cold or hot conditions including use with hot or cold fluids.

Also used in seals in cold room doors as it is an excellent insulator.  It is a sound and thermal insulation energy absorbance qualities.  EPDM foam is used to connect the cold side of the charge air cooler to the intake manifold.

Other uses include garden and appliance hose, washers, belts, electrical insulation, speaker surrounds.

EPDM sponge rubber has excellent weather proof qualities therefore used as a water resistance in roofing membranes.

Does not work well with oils or kerosene.  Not for upholstery or clothing use.

Works up to  80-100°C
